1. Wash, core & dice apples. 2. Place apples in large bowl & toss with lemon juice. 3. Add cooked brown rice, celery, nuts & raisins, & toss to combine. 4. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise & yogurt, blending well. 5. Fold into rice mixture. 6.
