1. On each tortilla, layyer four slices of ham and 1/3 cup cheese; roll up and secure with toothpicks. 2. Place in an ungreased baking pan and cover and bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes or until cheese is melted. 3. Meanwhile, combine the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, and onions. 4. Combine dressing ingredients. 5. Unroll tortillas halfway; top each with 1/3 cup lettuce mixture and 1 tablespoons dressing. 6.
