Way Too Easy Garlic Zucchini


1. Over med/high, heat pan.

2. add oil (this stops the butter burning).

3. add butter.

4. add garlic and keep stirring until cooked but not brown.

5. add zucchini, stir and toss, coating all the zucchini, until done; we like it with lots of crunch.

6. Season to taste and add parmesan, if using.
