1. Place all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix in the melted butter. 2. Press mix into a sponge roll tin. 3. Bake in oven at 180C (350F) for approx 15 minutes and remove. 4. In a bowl mix in condensed milk, butter, golden syrup and mix together well until combined, put this mix onto the weet-bix base abd return to the oven for 3 minutes. 5. Ice whilst still warm with icing and when cooled cut into slices. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
