Weight Watchers Beef Stroganoff


1. Trim fat from steak.

2. Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4 inch wide strips.

3. Place a non-stick skillet over medium high heat until hot.

4. Add steak; cook 3 minutes.

5. Drain well.

6. Place skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

7. Return steak to skillet.

8. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic; saute 2 minutes.

9. Add beef broth and next 5 ingredients; bring to boil.

10. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 50 minutes or until meat is tender.

11. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.

12. Spoon over noodles; sprinkle with parsley.

13. Serving size approximately 1 1/4 cup steak mixture and 1/2 cup noodles.
