1. In large fry pan heat oil. 2. Add corn and cook until it browns a little. The carmelizing of the corn makes a difference in the taste. 3. Quarter zucchini lengthwise and chop into small pieces. 4. Chop tomato in small pieces. 5. Once corn is nicely browned, add zucchini, tomato and spices. 6.
