Western Beef Rolls


1. Pound steaks to flatten; season with salt and pepper.

2. Cut each steak into 3 strips; sprinkle with onions and peppers.

3. Roll up beef enclosing peppers and onions; tie closed with string.

4. Heat skillet with oil to medium/medium-high heat and brown all sides.

5. Add BBQ sauce and water.

6. Cover and simmer 1-1 1/2 hours until tender.

7. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
