1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cut the tortillas into 8 triangles each. Brush each side with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. 3. Arrange in a single layer on two baking sheets and bake until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes. 4.
