1. Finely chop onion and garlic clove. 2. Chop tomato. 3. Heat oil in a skillet. 4. Cook onion and garlic in oil for 3 minutes. 5. Add chopped tomato, salt, pepper and turmeric, stir. 6. Add beans and coconut milk and let the mixture simmer uncovered for 5-10 minutes. 7.
