1. Lightly brown fish in olive oil in a skillet. 2. Arrange fish in a baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 3. Season with a little salt. 4. In the same pan in which fish was lightly browned, add tomato sauce, orange juice, onion, garlic, crushed dried red pepper, salt, oregano, cumin, cinnamon and cloves. 5. Simmer together about 20 minutes, or until slightly thickened. 6. Pour over fish in the baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. 7.
