Whitefish Skewers With Za'Atar Yogurt Sauce


1. Cut the fish and the onion into 1 in cubes, separating the onion into one layer squares.

2. Mix the lime juice,olive oil and zaatar in a large bowl. Add the fish and onions.

3. Let sit 5 minutes.

4. Insert alternating layers of fish and onions into wooden skewers. (Make sure to soak the skewers in water for 30 mins before).

5. Season skewers with salt and pepper.Grill about 2 or 3 minutes per side, just until fish turns opaque.

6. Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients.

7. Drizzle skewers with sauce and serve with a fresh cucumber salad.
