1. Heat a non-stick pan on medium, add the onion and garlic, brown lightly. 2. Add bouillon and blend in tomato puree. 3. Add the tomato and green pepper. 4. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the green pepper is done. 5. Add the shrimp, rice and parsley to the mixture. 6. Salt and pepper mixture to taste. 7.
