1. Mix the all of the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl. If using very lean ground beef you may want to add the olive oil to moisten it a bit. Personally, I like the flavor the olive oil adds. 2. Form the mixture into patties about 6 oz. each. 3. Grill until thoroughly cooked (about 7 minutes per side on a 400 degree grill). 4. I like to spread a little butter on the buns and grill them for a minute or two to brown toast them. 5. Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
