1. Sift flour & baking powder into a bowl. 2. Stir in sugar and make a well in the centre. 3. In another bowl whisk milk, eggs and vanilla. 4. Add to the dry ingredients. 5. Whisk until just combined - don’t overbeat or will be tough. 6. Stir in the blueberries. 7. Spray a non-stick pan with oil and place over medium heat. 8. Put ¼ cup batter into the pan & cook until bubbles appear on surface 9. turn over and cook until lightly golden. 10. Serve with a dollop of yogurt mixture. 11. 200g tub natural set yoghurt. 12. 2 Tbs honey. 13. ½ tsp ground cinnamon. 14. Place yoghurt, honey and cinnamon in a bowl and stir. 15. until combined. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
