1. Mix the first four ingredients mentioned under"dough" nicely in a bowl. 2. Add water, gradually, and continue to mix to make a soft dough. 3. Keep it covered for an hour. 4. In a pan, mix potatoes, chilli powder, salt, green chilli, corriander leaves and 2 tbsps oil. 5. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes till it has all combined (about 5 minutes). 6. Make small balls out of the dough. 7. Flatten them and keep a little of the filling in the middle. 8. Close in semi-circular fashion. 9. Flatten the edges. 10. When all the balls are done, fry them till golden brown on medium flame. 11. Serve hot with tamarind chutney or ketchup. 12.
