1. In a medium bowl combine, sour cream, parmesan cheese, dry vermouth(if using), flour, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, marjoram, salt and pepper. 2. Blend thoroughly. 3. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. 4. Stir in sour cream mixture. 5. Simmer for 20 minutes. 6. In large bowl combine fettucine and sauce and toss. 7.
