1. Melt lard and add flour, stirring well. 2. Add 2 cups sauerkraut juice, stirring constantly and bring to a hard boil. 3. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. I warm the milk slightly so it doesn't curdle when added. 4. Add sauerkraut and stir. 5.
