1. Use a zester to cut potatoes into long strips. 2. Pay dry with absorbent paper. 3. Heat oil in large, deep saucepan over med-high heat. 4. Deep fry potato strings in batches for 2 minutes or until golden. 5. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with your favourite flavourings. 6. Note- Flavouring ideas. 7. Chilli and sea salt. 8.
