1. In mixing bowl combine tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onion, garlic, pepperoncini (if desired), lemon zest, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2. Divide tomato mixture over pizza crusts, spreading evenly. Sprinkle feta, mozzarella and a dusting of parmesan over each pizza. 3.
