1. Filling: In large skillet brown sausage and onion, breaking suasage into small pieces. 2. Drain all fat from pan. 3. Cool meat mixture. 4. Stir in cheeses and parsley. 5. Assembly: Place a rounded teaspoon of filling into one corner of wrapper. 6. Moisten edges with water. 7. Fold wrapper over and seal edges together forming a triangle. 8. Bring two points over the center and cross. 9. Moisten and press together. 10. Cover and chill or freeze if not frying immediately. 11. Fry wontons a few at a time in deep hot oil until golden brown. 12. Drain on paper towels. 13.
