1. In a skillet, cook the beef, onion, garlic, and cayenne pepper until beef is no longer pink and drain. 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Stir in tomatoes and beans then cover and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. 4. Stir in green pepper. 5. Cook, uncovered, over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes or until it thickens while stirring occasionally. 6. Toast buns lightly before serving. 7. Spoon about 1/2 cup meat mixture over each half of bun and serve open faced. 8. Could be easily doubled. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
