1. Place beef in a large pot or Dutch oven. 2. Add water and stir until blended. 3. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet. 5. Saute onions, tomatoes, and bananas for about 5 minutes. 6. Add to beef mixture. 7. Add salt, pepper and rice. 8.
