Zucchini Sausage Soup

1. Sausage should be cut in to bite size pieces.

2. Fry until almost done.

3. 15- 20 minutes.

4. Add green peppers and zucchini saute 3-4 minutes,add onion,saute 2 minutes,add garlic,saute 1-2 minutes.

5. Add enough water to cover.

6. Add tomatoes ad tomatoe soup.

7. Blend in spices.

8. Simmer 40-50 minutes.
