1. Heat oil in a medium fry pan over medium high heat and add diced chicken, stirring constantly until lightly browned. 2. Remove from pan. 3. Add the mushrooms with the lemon juice. 4. Saute for 1 minute. 5. Add the wine and cream. 6. Reduce heat to medium and return chicken to the pan. 7.
