Zurick Goulash


1. In a dutch oven, saute beef and onions until brown.

2. Add tomato sauce, sugar, paprika, salt, dill weed, Worchestshire, onion, water, caraway seeds, boullion and garlic powder.

3. Simmer 3 hours.

4. During last 15 minutes of cooking, prepare noodles as directed on package.

5. Drain noodles and add butter, pepper, dry mustard and basil.

6. Mix well.

7. Remove meat mixture from heat and stir in sour cream.

8. Serve mixture over the noodles.
