2 Dosa Chutneys Recipe - Nariyal and Peanut Chutney for Idli - CookingShooking | Yaman Agarwal

In this video, we will make 2 types of Dosa and Idli Chutneys, these chutneys or pachadis are very famous as accompaniments for South Indian Delicacies like Dosa, Idly, Vada, Pesarattu, Vada, Bhajji etc.

Ingredients:
Coconut Chutney:
Nariyal - 1 (medium size, peeled & diced)
Puffed Chana Dal - ½ cup
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Green Chili - 2
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Salt - as per taste
Cumin - 1 tsp
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - handful

For Takda
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds/sarso - 1 tsp
Urad dal - ½ tsp
Hing/Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Curry Leaf - 4-5
Turmeric - ¼ tsp
Whole red chili - 2
--
Peanut Chutney:
Peanut / Groundnut - ½ cup
Coconut - 1 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Whole Red Chili - 6
Garlic cloves - 5
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Tamarind pulpP. - 2 tbsp
Water - ½ cup

For tadka
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds/Sarso - 1 tsp
Urad dal - ½ tsp
Whole red chili - 2
Curry leaves - 4-5
Turmeric - ¼ tsp
Jaggery - 1 tsp
