Method of Preparation:
 Firstly will prepare the stuffing for the toast or for bread slices.
 Will take 3 boiled potatoes, peel it off either grate it or mash it.
 Take the mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl will add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onions.
 Then will add 2 finely chopped green chilies and will add ¼ cup of boiled green peas.
 And then will add ¼ cup of coriander leaves, then will add ¼ teaspoon of chili powder.
 Will add salt as needed and then will add ½ teaspoon of coriander powder.
 Now will add ¼ teaspoon of cumin powder and ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder.
 Then will add ¼ teaspoon of chat masala and mix them all for stuffing.
 All the ingredients used in stuffing can be added or lessen it as per our tastes.
 Now will take a bread slice cut into round shape with the help of a small bowl.
 Just roll it with a rolling pin once and spread the stuffing which we have prepared.
 On top of the stuffing will spread the grated cheese, will roast it now and cover it with another slice and press the edges ones, to avoid leakage of stuffing
 Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, any oil of your choice can be used.
 Roast them on the either sides till brown flipping it slowly, on the low flame.
 Now the same way will toast it on the grill toaster.
 Take 2 slices of bread cut off the edges and spread the stuffing along the grated cheese.
 Just bind the slices on the edges and brush it with some butter before we toast them.
 Place them on the toaster for 2 to 3 minutes, will just check it in between, and serve it hot if it’s done.
