CheeseFest is a celebration of the Australian specialty cheese industry providing an opportunity for cheesemakers to promote and raise the awareness of the art of specialty cheesemaking. The two day festival in October 2011 gave visitors the opportunity to meet Cheesemakers from around Australia who spoke about their specialty cheeses.
