2012 Good Chef, Bad Chef - Pasta Tip "Storing Pasta" Featuring Adam Swanson | SanRemoPasta

Throughout the series, Chef, Restaurateur and San Remo Brand Ambassador Adam Swanson provides viewers with special tips on cooking pasta. His tips are designed to help viewers get the most out of their pasta experience and to prepare it in a way that their family will love.

In this clip Adam provides some insightful tips on storing pasta. Next time you have some left over dry pasta, store it in an airtight container and keep it in the pantry in a cool, dry position. For left over fresh pasta, place it in an airtight container in the fridge away from poultry and meats.
