In this video I will show you how to make a delicious mushroom and spinach biryani dish in a healthy way. You can have this dish hot with raita and papad/ pappadum.

Ingredients:
250 g basmati rice
250 g Chopped mushroom
1 cup Chopped baby spinach
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped onions
Chopped ginger
2 sliced green chilies
Garlic salt or fresh chopped garlic
Coriander leaves
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder
Pepper powder
Garam masala powder
Coriander powder
Crushed red pepper
Spices: One bay leaf, one dried red chili, a few cloves, cardamom, pepper
Raisins
