3 Types of Chutneys, super easy and simple Chutney variants with not much effort. Chutneys with minimum ingredients and least time consuming, do try this out. Tastes good with any Breakfast recipes like Idli, Dosa, and Vada as well. 3 Coconut Chutneys | నిమిషాలలో 3 రకాల కొబ్బరి చట్నీలు | Green Chutney | Red Chutney | White Chutney

Ingredients:
1st Variant: White Chutney
Coconut: 1/2 Cup (pieces)
Roasted Gram: 3 Tablespoons (Putnala Pappu)
Green Chilies: 2 to 3 No's
Salt: as needed
Water: as required

2nd Variant: Green Chutney

Coconut: 1/2 a Cup (pieces)
Green Chilies: 2 to 3 No's
Tamarind: 2 Reeds
Garlic: 2 to 3 Cloves
Coriander Leaves: 1/4 Cup
Salt: as needed
Water: as required

3rd Variant: Red Chutney

Coconut: 1/4 a Cup
Onion: 1 medium-sized
Red Chilies: 2 to 3 No's ( Dried Red Chili)
Tamarind: 2 Reeds
Salt: as needed
Water: as required

Temper / Seasoning
Oil: 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Bengal Gram Dal: 1 Teaspoon
Black Gram Dal: 1 Teaspoon
Mustard Seeds: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Red Chilies: 3 No's
Curry Leaves: 2 Reeds
Turmeric Powder: a pinch


Method of Preparation:

3 different variants of Chutneys to go with Idli, Dosa, Wada.
Take a mixie jar, add 1/ a cup Coconut pieces, 3 Tbsp of Roasted gram, 2 to 3 Green Chilies, Salt to taste, grind them all into a fine paste.
Transfer it to a bowl.
To the same Mixie jar add 1/2 a Cup of Coconut Pieces, 2 to 3 Green Chilies, 2 Reeds of Tamarind, 2 to 3 Garlic Cloves, and 1/4 Cup of Coriander Leaves.
Add salt as per the taste and some water and grind it into a fine paste, transfer it to a separate bowl.
To the same mixie jar add 1/4 Cup Coconut pieces, 1 medium-sized chopped onion, 2 to 3 Red Chilies, 2 Reeds of Tamarind, and Salt to taste.
Add some water and grind it into a fine paste, transfer it to a separate bowl.
Heat 1 1/2 Tbsp of Oil, add a Tsp of Bengal Gram and Black Gram Dal each saute until a color change.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Mustard and Cumin Seeds each, let splutter, add 2 to 3 Red Chilies saute for a while, add 2 Reeds of Curry Leaves, add a pinch of Turmeric Powder, and put off the flame.
Add the temper to all the Chutneys, White, Green, and Red Chutney.
Easy and Tasty Chutneys are ready.
