What to do with leftover Idlis? Well, in this video I have shown how to make 3 yummy recipes with leftover Idlis. However, there is only one problem. Once you serve this to your family and guests they may never eat your plain Idlis again.

Recipes (Ingredients in the order of instructions)

Idli Upma:
6 Idlis
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
2 tsp Peanuts
1 tsp Urad Dal
1 Onion
1 tbsp chopped Ginger
2 Green Chillies
Few Curry leaves
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Chopped Coriander leaves

Tadka Idli Fry:
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Urad Dal
2 tbsp chopped Onion
1 Green Chilli
Few Curry leaves
1/4 cup Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tsp Sambhar powder
2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
7 Idlis
Coriander leaves

Chilli Idli:
3 tbsp Oil
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
2 Green Chillies
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Sugar
3 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
A handful of Spring Onions
A few Coriander leaves
