Allow mixture to cool.Mix lemon juice, simple syrup (sugar mixture) and water in a pitcher. Garnish with lemon slices and mint.Strawberry Rosemary Lemonadehttp://bit.ly/1klc9cx1 cup lemon juice, freshly-squeezed¾ cup sugar¾ cup water2 sprigs of fresh rosemary1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced3 cups waterBegin by juicing the lemons. 6 lemons yields about 1 cup of juice.Using a mortar and pestle or back of a spoon, bruise rosemary sprigs so they release their aromaIn a small saucepan, heat water, sugar AND fresh rosemary sprigs until sugar has dissolved completely.Allow mixture to cool.In a blender, puree strawberries and rosemary-infused simple syrup.Mix lemon juice, strawberry puree and water in a pitcher.
