Everybody loves garlic—and you need to know about these awesome techniques.Golden spread:Add peeled cloves to a bunch of olive oil and cook on the stove on low heat until super-soft, about an hour. Blend in blender or food processor and spread on whatever, drink it, whatever you want.Roasted garlic:Cut top off garlic bulb, place the bulb on a sheet of tinfoil, and zip with oil. Add a little salt and pepper. Bake at 350º for an hour. Spread on anything. Garlic chips:Thinly slice peeled garlic and fry in oil over medium heat. Once chips turn brown, remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt. These beautiful little chips are great for salads or soups.
