This video will show you how to make natural, home-made drinks for boosting your immune system during this lockdown. The recipes are for making a pepper and tomato rasam, a turmeric lemonade and turmeric milk. These are excellent Indian home remedies for cold, cough, fever and body aches.

Ingredients:
I. For rasam,
Tomatoes
Black pepper
Coriander seeds
Garam masala
Ginger powder
Turmeric powder
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Garlic powder
1 red chili
Tamarind juice
Salt
Oil
Water
Coriander leaves (dried or fresh)

This rasam is good for treating cold, cough, fever and body aches.

II. For turmeric lemonade,
Turmeric powder
Black pepper powder
Honey
Juice from half a lemon
1/2 cup warm water

This lemonade provides relief especially in the case of flu and cough.

III. For turmeric milk (golden milk),
Turmeric powder
Black pepper powder
Almond milk or any plant-based milk or cow's milk
Honey or brown sugar (if needed)
