We asked Meghan Trainor what her favorite food to eat on the road was and we created a quick recipe that anyone could make out of her ingredients. Check it, because you know I'm all about that stir fry, bout that stir fry.INGREDIENTS: • Chicken thigh • Broccoli florets • 1 can pineapple chunks • Soy sauce • Season your chicken thigh one one side with salt and pepper to taste. • In an oiled and heated pan, fry your chicken until cooked through. Remove and slice. • Add ¼ cup of the pineapple juice from your canned pineapple into a small bowl. Mix in ¼ cup soy sauce. Set aside. • Toss in your broccoli florets in a pan with your pineapple chunks and pour in your pineapple and soy sauce mixture. Allow it to reduce for 30 seconds and toss in your sliced chicken. Allow it to cook for 1 more minute and serve!
