Todays menu is the perfect summer dessert, lemon ice cream.
I used leftover lemons from lemon souffle.
The fresh, soft ice cream is great for this scorching summer heat.

* Ingredients
300ml, 100ml, 80g
75ml, ( ) 1, ()

300ml heavy cream, 100ml milk, 80g sugar
75ml lemon juice, 1Tbs lemon zest, yellow food coloring(*optional)

1. Wash, zest, halve, and juice the lemons.

2. In a bowl, add heavy cream, milk and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.

3. pour the (2) mixture , lemon juice and zest into the ice cream maker, and churn for 20~25min.

I used an ice cream maker; if you dont have one, freeze and scrape with a fork every 1hour.
If you do use ice cream maker, make sure to freeze it completely.

4. freeze the ice cream in a freezer at least 2~3 hours.
