This Navratri if you are trying to eat healthy and clean then it can't get any simpler, easier or tasty than this raw vegan salad. Ready in 5 mins, I love to snack on it.

Ingredients/Method ( This was for 1 person lunch)
1 Mango
1 apple
1/3 cucumber
1 tsp lemon juice
5-6 pecans

(I didnt feel the need to add any salt and pepper to this combination but you can definitely customize it to your own taste)
Chop up everything and combine. Let chill and then serve.
