FIVE SPICE CHICKEN AND PEAR STIR FRYIngredients½ tsp five spice powder2 U.S. Chicken Breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces1 medium USA Pear1½ tbsps oil 1 inch ginger, finely chopped1-2 red chillies, diagonally sliced2 tsps dark soy sauce12-15 broccoli florets, blanched and drainedSesame oil for drizzlingWhite sesame seeds for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger and sauté for a few seconds. 2. Cut the USA Pear into 1 inch pieces. Discard the seeds.3. Add red chillies into the pan. Add the U.S. Chicken and sauté on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add dark soy sauce and five spice powder and continue to cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes. 4. Add the cut pears and toss well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 5. Add broccoli florets and toss again. Take the pan off the heat and transfer into a bowl/ Drizzle sesame oil and garnish with white sesame seeds and serve hot.
