57. Instant lemon pickle | One pot | Spicy | നാടൻ രുചി ഉണർത്തും നാരങ്ങാ അച്ചാർ | Nimbu ka achar | Aswathi's Healthy Cooking

In this video I will show you how to make an instant lemon pickle, also called 'naranga achar' in Kerala.
This is a one pot recipe and you can have it immediately with rice or roti.

Ingredients:
4 lemons, chopped into small pieces
Gingelly/ sesame oil
Mustard seeds
1 dried red chili
Curry leaves
Fenugreed seeds
3 cloves of garlic
Salt
Fenugreek powder
Hing

You can have this yummy pickle immediately after cooking. You can preserve this lemon pickle for up to 1 month.
