100 ml Water

Recipe 2: Tawa Pulao
Ingredients
6 Kashmiri Red Chillies, deseeded
Water, hot
50 grams Garlic pods
1/2 teaspoon Black Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
50 ml Water
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Butter
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/4 cup Onion
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 cup Capsicum
1/2 cup Cabbage
1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
