1/4 teaspooon Urad Dal

2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
1/4 cup Carrot, diced
1/4 cup Capsicum, finely chopped
1/4 cup Beans, finely Chopped
1/4 cup Tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup Dalia (Broken Wheat), roasted
10 Cashew Nuts, roasted
1-1/2 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Salt, to taste
Coriander Leaves

Recipe 2: Oats Kheer
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Desi Ghee
1 tablespoon Cashew Nuts
1 tablespoon Raisins
1/4 cup Carrot, grated
250 ml Milk
4 tablespoon Oats
1/4 teaspoon Jaggery

Recipe 3: Moong Dal Rice
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 cup Moong Dal, sprouted
1/2 cup Brown Rice
1 cup Water

Recipe 4: Paneer Sandwich (3)
Ingredients
1/3 cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
1/4 inch Ginger
3 sprigs Curry Leaves
2 Shallots
1 Green Chilli
1/3 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/3 teaspoon Cumin Powder, roasted
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Amchur Powder
Pink Salt, to taste
Whole Wheat Bread

Recipe 5: Mixed Lentil Dosa
Ingredients
1/4 cup Moong Dal (Petite Yellow Lentils)
1/4 cup Tur Dal (Split Pigeon Peas)
1/4 teaspoon Urad Dal (De-Husked Black Gram)
1/4 cup Chana Dal (Yellow Split Beans)
1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
2 cups Water

Recipe 6: Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients

2 Eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Oil

200 grams Chicken, boneless
1/4 cup Carrot
1/4 cup Capsicum, chopped
1/4 cup Cabbage, Shredded
1/4 teaspoon Sugar

1 bowl Basmati Rice
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
