SIX TYPES OF BAJJI’SIngredients:-Besan - 1 kgRice flour - 150 gAjwain - 10 gChilli Powder - 3 tb spnBaking soda - 2 tspGinger Garlic Paste - 2 tb spnWater - As RequiredSalt - As Per TasteOil -For Deep FryMethod:Firstly prepare a common batter for all the six varieties.Take the besan in mixing bowl add rice flour,ajwain,chilli powder,baking soda,ginger garlic paste,some oil and salt mix it nicely into a thick batter consistency.Mirchi Bhajji: In a plate take some tamarind pulp,jeera powder,sattu flour,salt & coriander leaves and mix well and stuff it into the Mirchi. Coat all the mirchi’s with the besan mix and deep fry them in hot oil.Bread Bhajji:-Coat the bread with mint chutney and dip them into Besan batter and deep fry them in hot oil.Fry it till they turn nice and crunchy and remove them from oil.Onion Bhajji:-Cut the onions in round shapes dip them in the besan batter and deep fry them till they are nice and crunchy.Potato Bhajji:-In the besan batter add some orange food colour and cut thin slices of potatoes.
