This cauliflower and potato pulao is a one pot recipe that can be made easily and had for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
Basmati rice
Olive oil
Onion
Tomatoes
Green chili
Star anise
Cinnamon sticks
Clove
Black pepper
Cauliflower
Potatoes
Mix vegetables (peas, carrots, beans)
Turmeric powder
Salt
Water

For garnishing:
Coriander leaves
Fried onions (with or without oil)
Cashewnuts
Raisins
