Sought-after by many, this incredible dish is a staple comfort food for Singapore locals. Prepared with around 5.5 - 6kg dry weight and approximately 3.5 liters of divine, umami-packed broth void of MSG, it's a feast not for the fainthearted. The rich toppings pile high with succulent fish, juicy prawns, countless fish balls, dozens of eggs and, of course, heaps of sumptuous noodles making it a mountain worth climbing.
