A quick and easy sorbet with the flavour of aam panna and plums. Fresh, chilled and exciting!AAM PANNA AND PLUM SORBETIngredients4 tbsps aam panna mix4 plums, chopped½ cup sugar½ tsp chaat masala½ tsp roasted cumin powderFresh plum slices for garishMint sprigs for garishMethod1. Take aam panna mix and ¼ cup sugar in a jug. Add 500 ml water and mix well.2. Pour in ice cubes tray and freeze for 6-8 hours.3. Transfer the chopped plums in a blender jar. Add remaining sugar, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and blend to a fine puree.4. Transfer the puree in a jug and add 500 ml water and mix. Pour in ice cubes tray and freeze for 6-8 hours.5. Transfer the frozen aam panna ice cubes in a blender and crush. Similarly crush the plum ice cubes.6. Transfer a portion of plum sorbet in serving glasses and top up with aam panna sorbet. Repeat the process once more.7.
