Neer Dosa with Chutney
Ingredients:
1 Cup Red Rice
Sea Salt to taste

For Chutney:
1 Cup grated coconut
4 Kashmiri Red chilies
2 Bedgi Red Chilies
5-6 Sambhar onion, peeled
1 tsp Chana Dal
2-3 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Tamarind Pulp
Jaggery Powder
Sea Salt to taste

For Tadka:
1 tbsp Oil
Pinch of Hing
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp white Urad dal
Few Curry Leaves

Method:
Wash and soak the rice in water for 1 to 2 hours

In a grinder add grated coconut, Chilies, onion, garlic, chana dal, tamarind pulp, salt and sugar to taste and make a fine paste.

For tadka heat oil in a small pan add mustard, sesame, urad dal let it splutter now add hing and curry leaves. Add this tadka to the chutney.

For dosa:
Grind rice with water and salt to a very smooth consistency. It should be runny much thinner than dosa or pan cake batter.

Heat a dosa pan. Grease it with oil. Add the batter and cover with lid for few minutes. Roll and take out the dosa. Repeat the same process for other dosas. Serve with chutney.
