Cooking shooking Neer Dosa with black belt karate model Sandhya Shetty.Neer Dosa with ChutneyIngredients: 1 Cup Red RiceSea Salt to tasteFor Chutney:1 Cup grated coconut 4 Kashmiri Red chilies2 Bedgi Red Chilies5-6 Sambhar onion, peeled1 tsp Chana Dal2-3 Garlic cloves1 tsp Tamarind PulpJaggery PowderSea Salt to tasteFor Tadka:1 tbsp OilPinch of Hing2 tsp Sesame Seeds1 tsp Mustard Seeds1 tsp white Urad dalFew Curry LeavesBanana leafMethod:Wash and soak the rice in water for 1 to 2 hoursIn a grinder add grated coconut, Chilies, onion, garlic, chana dal, tamarind pulp, salt and sugar to taste and make a fine paste. For tadka heat oil in a small pan add mustard, sesame, urad dal let it splutter now add hing and curry leaves. Add this tadka to the chutney. For dosa:Grind rice with water and salt to a very smooth consistency. It should be runny much thinner than dosa or pan cake batter. Heat a dosa pan. Grease it with oil. Add the batter and cover with lid for few minutes. Roll and take out the dosa. Repeat the same process for other dosas.
