Baby potatoes marinated in a masaledaar spice mix and baked perfectly, an amazing and easy to make starter for your house parties.ACHARI ALOO TIKKAIngredients20 baby potatoes, boiled and peeled¼ cup hung yogurt1½ tsps ginger-garlic paste1½ tsps roasted gram flourSalt to taste¼ tsp chaat masala powder1 tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp garam masala powder¼ tsp dried fenugreek powder2½ tsps mixed pickle paste1 tbsp mustard oilButter for bastingSprigs of coriander for garnishGreen chutney to serveMethod1. Preheat at 180˚C and grease a baking tray with butter. Set aside.2. In a bowl, add hung yogurt, ginger garlic paste, roasted gram flour, salt, chaat masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek powder, mixed pickle paste, mustard oil, and whisk well. 3. Add the potatoes to the prepared paste and mix well. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Baste with butter and transfer to a serving plate.5.
