Ingredients:

For Achari Masala:
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Coriander seeds- 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 tsp
Kalonji or Nigella seeds- 1/2 Tsp
Fennel seeds- 1.5 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilies- 3-4

For the Marinade:
Boneless Fish- 300 gms
Curd- 4 tbsp
Lemon juice- 1 Tsp
Ginger- Garlic paste-1 tbsp
Salt -to taste
Turmeric powder -1 Tsp
Red chili powder-1 Tsp
Achari masala mix- 2-3 Tsp
Red food color- a pinch
Butter for frying- 1 tsp

Bake the tikkas at 180 degrees for 5 mins.

For the Gravy:
Oil- 1 tsp
Chopped onion- 1 cup
Chopped Ginger n Garlic- 1 tbsp
Chopped tomato- 1/2 cup
Achari masala- 2-3 tsp
Salt- to taste
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Chili powder- 2 tsp
Green Chilies- 3
Raw Mango paste- 2-3 tbsp
Kaju or Cashew paste- 2 tbsp
Kasuri methi or Dry fenugreek leaves- a handfull
