Fenugreek seeds () - tsp
Cumin () - 2 tsp
Onion chopped () - 250gms/1 cup
Ginger chop () - 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped () - 1 tbsp
Green chilli ( ) - 2 nos
Turmeric () - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder ( ) - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder () - 2 tbsp
Cumin powder () - 1 tsp
Water () - cup
Tomato () - 600gms/3 cups
Cashew nuts () - cup/ 30 gms
Water () - 2 cups
Red chilli pickle ( ) - 1 tbsp
Mixed Pickle ( ) - 1 tbsp
Paneer () - 400 gms
Kasoori methi ( ) - tsp
Coriander chopped () - handful
